- Salary: £45,000 – £50,000+ per annum
- Working pattern: 4 days per week (Friday or Monday off)
- Signing bonus: £2,000 upon successful completion of probation

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of passenger vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Perform MOT preparation and safety inspections
- Complete all job cards and documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider service and front-of-house team
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair — essential
- Proven experience working as a qualified technician on passenger vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
