DCL Online Ltd is a growing property maintenance company operating across South West and West London. We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join our established maintenance team on a full-time, permanent PAYE basis. This position is suited to a highly competent individual with a strong multi-trade background who can work independently and deliver a high standard of workmanship across residential properties.

Role Responsibilities

  • General multi-trade maintenance
  • Carpentry works (door adjustments, lock replacements, repairs)
  • Basic plumbing (leaks, replacements, fault finding)
  • Decorating and making good
  • Minor roofing repairs (guttering, leaks, fascias)
  • Window repairs (uPVC systems, hinges, locks, glazing adjustments)

Work will primarily be carried out across: Richmond, Wimbledon, Kingston, Teddington, Ealing, Acton, Chiswick, Brentford and surrounding areas.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a multi-trade role
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
  • Own van and professional tools (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas
  • Strong communication skills and professional manner
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and first-time fixes

Employment Package

  • Salary: £42,000–£47,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Company debit card for materials and authorised expenses
  • Monthly fuel contribution (£250)
  • Parking costs covered for authorised works
  • Congestion charge covered where applicable for business use
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
