Our Retail Supervisor role is key to our business, providing face‑to‑face contact and hands‑on merchandising expertise in the stores we work with, and line management responsibility for our team of retail associates.

- Job responsibilities
- You will need to be host and customer‑focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands.
- Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
- Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad‑hoc expertise when required.
- Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment.
- Your appointments will be planned for you using our industry‑leading scheduling system which you will access on your mobile phone.
Experience required
- Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must – you need to love working in a team and enjoy building productive professional relationships.
- Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills.
- Happy to work unsupervised, following written & visual instructions.
- Has a great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands.
- Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle. Must have a full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Access to a device with the operating system of either Android 8.1 or later OR Apple i OS 13.4 or later.
- Confident with the use of mobile software and apps.
