Role Title and Hours: Retail Sales Merchandiser – Cardiff Leckwith/Cardiff Excelsior – 3.5 hours per week. Shift pattern – 3.5 hours on Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer‑focused, friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
- Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Deliver and display new stock.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Set up promotional activities.
- Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting; fashion brand experience a plus.
- Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone (Android 8.1 or later; iOS 13.4 or later).
- Full driving licence and own vehicle access.

Additional Information:
You will be based in Cardiff Leckwith/Cardiff Excelsior but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. Availability to start as soon as possible is requested. You’ll work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech‑savvy is desirable, as we use several apps to smooth operations.
