4 hours per week – shift pattern: 2 Monday & 2 Friday. Access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence required. We are looking for a flexible, customer‑focused Retail Assistant to provide face‑to‑face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. You will be based in St Helens but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone, and available to start as soon as possible.

Job Role

  • Merchandise product to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Put out deliveries of new stock.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Set up promotional activities.
  • Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note: the Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise leave in December.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone (Android 8.1 or later OR iOS 13.4 or later).
  • Accessible full driving licence and own vehicle.
