Retail Team Leader/Supervisor – Sheffield Meadowhall

35 hours per week – £13.00 per hour

Our Retail Supervisors are key to our business, providing face‑to‑face contact and merchandising expertise in the stores we work with, and line‑management responsibility for our team of retail associates. In return we provide:

Location: You will cover the zone of Sheffield Meadowhall and your base town will be Sheffield Meadowhall. This is a multi‑site role; you will need to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Being tech‑savvy is desirable as we use several apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role

• Host and customer‑focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude as an ambassador for our brands
• Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
• Provide line‑management support to your team of retail associates, including zone escalation support and ad‑hoc expertise when required
• Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment
• Collect your appointments from our industry‑leading scheduling system on your mobile phone

The Experience We Are Looking For

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting – a must; you should love working in a team and enjoy building productive professional relationships
• Confident, positive with good interpersonal skills
• Happy to work unsupervised, following written and visual instructions
• High standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle; must be able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone
• Device with Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later
• Confident with the use of mobile software and apps
