DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. This is a role to work on our M&S Jewellery account. We are pleased to have a fantastic opportunity available for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our successful Merchandising team at DCK in our Billericay office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandising team with accurate, actionable analysis to drive profit across all channels.
  • Report on department and category performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to improve trade.
  • Produce and present weekly trade reports with key insights and recommended actions.
  • Own trading for key categories, identifying repeat opportunities, promotions, and markdowns.
  • Reforecast key lines regularly to ensure stock levels meet demand.
  • Maintain and update the WSSI to reflect intake, sales, and markdowns in line with trade and promo plans.
  • Track and review stock inventory, flagging risks and opportunities across all channels.
  • Liaise with the DC to ensure stock availability meets trading needs.
  • Work closely with Buying to oversee intake, allocations, and stock flow with MA support, ensuring timely execution.
  • Support markdown and promo planning, ensuring accurate implementation and maintenance.
  • Oversee the MA’s workload, setting clear objectives and offering regular feedback.
  • Establish and maintain relationships across the business.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and departmental projects to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Support the merchandiser in preparing information and strategies for internal & external meetings.
