This is a full-time, on-site position located in London. The Resident Liaison Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for residents during all projects. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating clear and effective communication with residents
- Addressing inquiries and concerns
- Scheduling appointments for inspections or works
- Ensuring minimal disruption to residents’ daily lives during construction
- Maintaining records of interactions
- Providing timely updates about project progress
- Working closely with project teams to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction
- Regular site visits and collaboration with staff and contractors
Qualifications:
- Proven communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with residents and project stakeholders
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills, including the ability to manage multiple appointments and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address resident concerns promptly and professionally
- Experience or knowledge in construction, housing, or community engagement is highly desirable
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including contractors and project managers
- Understanding of health and safety regulations within a construction setting is an advantage
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the London area for site visits
