We specialize in a wide array of construction projects including kitchens and bathrooms, FRA works, voids, disrepairs, social housing, refurbishments, and general building works. This is a full-time, on-site position located in London. The Resident Liaison Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for residents during all projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating clear and effective communication with residents
  • Addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Scheduling appointments for inspections or works
  • Ensuring minimal disruption to residents' daily lives during construction
  • Maintaining records of interactions
  • Providing timely updates about project progress
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction
  • Regular site visits and collaboration with staff and contractors

Qualifications:

  • Proven communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with residents and project stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills, including the ability to manage multiple appointments and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address resident concerns promptly and professionally
  • Experience or knowledge in construction, housing, or community engagement is highly desirable
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including contractors and project managers
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations within a construction setting is an advantage
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the London area for site visits
