This is an Aboriginal Identified role where Aboriginal identity, cultural knowledge or connections are a genuine aspect of the role. Positions are specifically noted under the provisions of the NSW Anti-discrimination Act (1977).
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex grant programs, ensuring strong governance, compliance, risk management and performance oversight. Provide clear advice and reporting to senior leaders, while guiding the team and resolving issues early to keep programs on track.
Work closely with Aboriginal communities, Local Aboriginal Land Councils and government partners to build strong relationships and navigate sensitive conversations. Coordinate delivery, monitor progress and tackle challenges head-on to keep outcomes moving and create real impact for communities.

What you will bring to the role:

What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
- This role requires extensive travel within NSW and a current NSW Driver’s License.
