We’re looking for a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day yard operations, maintain accurate stock levels, and support essential office admin tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in supervising the yard team, managing site access on a rota basis, and driving a strong safety culture in line with our Safety Management System.

With responsibilities ranging from data input in Maximo to supporting vehicle loading and acting as an emergency controller, this is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Effectively supervise the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements.
  • Support safe management in accordance with the Safety Management System to meet compliance and drive a safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures relating to stocks and financial controls within the operating system (CODAS).
  • Daily use and data inputting within Maximo.
  • Comply with Flogas operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Supervise and direct Yard Hands.
