At Certas Energy we're keen to take a lead in the industry. We have a culture of strong safety and compliance principles, driven by our dedicated Safety F1rst and Doing the Right Thing (compliance) Initiative. Health and safety is paramount to our business ethos - it is fundamental to good business performance, and integral to long-term business success.

About the Role

At Certas Energy, we're committed to keeping our operations safe, compliant and efficient. We're looking for a highly organised Transport Compliance Administrator to join our Transport team and play a key role in supporting compliance across our national fleet operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and an interest in transport compliance, fleet administration or logistics operations. You will help ensure that transport records, systems and processes are maintained to the highest standards, supporting safe and compliant operations across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain accurate transport compliance records, including driving licence checks, driver medicals, vehicle servicing schedules, calibrations and defect reporting.
  • Administer and update transport management and compliance systems such as Tranman, Vision and Blue Tree.
  • Monitor driver and fleet compliance, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and any non-compliance is accurately tracked and reported.
  • Produce regular compliance reports, management information and KPI data to support operational decision-making.
  • Support internal, external and regulatory audits by maintaining accurate, organised and audit-ready documentation.
  • Work closely with Transport, HR, Payroll, Finance and operational teams to ensure compliance processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with supplier administration, invoice processing and maintaining accurate transport-related records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance transport compliance procedures.
  • Support the management of driver infringements, compliance actions and follow-up activities.
  • Promote a positive health, safety and compliance culture, ensuring adherence to company policies and transport regulations.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in an administration, compliance, transport or fleet support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyse data and produce accurate reports.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

Why Join Certas Energy?

You'll be joining a business where safety, operational excellence and customer service are at the heart of everything we do. This role offers the opportunity to develop your transport compliance expertise while supporting a nationwide operation within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
