What's the role?
We're looking for a Head of HSE Shared Services to provide strategic leadership and oversight of DCC Energy GB's Integrated Management Systems (IMS), HSE governance and assurance arrangements.
Reporting to the HSE Director and operating as a key member of the HSE Leadership Team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our management systems remain effective, risk-based and aligned to legal, regulatory and industry requirements.
You'll help drive continual improvement, strengthen assurance activities and provide valuable insight that supports informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
This is a highly visible leadership role that combines governance, assurance, compliance, systems management, data insight and stakeholder engagement across a complex and diverse operational environment.
- What you'll be doing Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Lead the ongoing development, alignment and continual improvement of DCC Energy GB's Integrated Management System.
- Ensure management systems remain aligned with legal requirements, business needs, ISO standards and industry best practice.
- Oversee governance processes for document control, competency frameworks and training requirements.• Lead the Management Review process, providing clear insight into risks, opportunities, trends and system performance.
- Support sustainability, governance and reporting requirements through the provision of accurate HSE data and insights.
