We're looking for an experienced Project Manager β Finance to help drive the successful delivery of finance transformation and business change projects.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Change Management, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of multiple finance projects. This hands-on delivery role combines strong project management capability with financial and commercial understanding.
What you'll be doing
- Project delivery and governance: Leading the end-to-end delivery of finance and business change projects, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and quality standards.
- Finance transformation and process improvement: Working closely with Finance and business stakeholders to support transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Business case and benefits management: Supporting stakeholders in developing robust business cases and investment proposals, monitoring project budgets and tracking project outcomes.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication: Building strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating workshops and producing clear project updates for senior leadership.
- Change readiness and adoption: Supporting successful implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring teams are prepared for change.
- Risk and continuous improvement: Identifying, assessing and managing project risks and issues, supporting lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
What we're looking for

- Proven experience delivering finance projects or business change programmes.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controls.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience developing business cases and tracking benefits realisation.
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple teams.
