We are looking for experienced Telesales Agents to join our team in Southend. This is a great opportunity for confident, motivated salespeople who enjoy speaking with customers, building rapport and working towards targets.
The Role As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for speaking with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements and promoting our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to prospective customers
Building rapport and engaging customers in conversation
Identifying customer needs and sales opportunities
Promoting products and services clearly and professionally
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Following up with potential customers
Maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes
Delivering a professional and positive customer experience
What We're Looking For Previous telesales or telephone-based sales experience is essential . You'll need to be confident speaking with customers and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
