Working within our Client Services Team, we are looking for an additional Key Account Manager to join an award-winning, rapidly expanding organisation. If you have a background in Client Services, Customer Service, or Key Account Management, we want to hear from you!

DCB Legal is a specialist in-house legal practice focusing on debt-recovery, civil and commercial litigation and High Court enforcement. Due to the acquisition of major new Clients, DCB Legal is experiencing a period of rapid growth. Encompassing both DCBL and DCB Legal, this represents an exciting new opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and target-driven. You will be responsible for developing and growing our network of Clients across the Business.

What will you be doing?
- Working with our portfolio of key clients to provide a first-class service which exceeds their expectations.
- Developing and implementing Client management strategies.
- Developing Client reports, using data to improve our service to Clients.
- Resolving any Client queries/problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ensuring key Client retention and Client growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Key Account Manager role.
- Excellent communications and inter-personal skills.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
