A Group Marketing Administrator β DCBL (Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd) β an opportunity to support the marketing function across two market-leading brands within the same group.
Base Pay & Details
- Salary: Β£23,000 - Β£25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Location: Runcorn, WA7 (Manor Park).
- Hours: Monday β Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm (36.5 hours).
Responsibilities
- Lead Management (CRM): Manually process inbound leads for both DCBL and DCB Legal, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM systems.
- Inbox Management: Monitor the marketing email aliases for both companies, act as the first point of contact, flag media/PR requests, and filter out spam.
- Content Publishing: Upload, format, and publish blog posts and articles to the company websites (CMS).
- Social Media Support: Assist in the creation and scheduling of posts across social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook) and ensure the correct brand voice is used for each channel.
- Reporting: Run weekly marketing reports to track lead volumes and social engagement for management review.
- General Admin: Assist the Head of Marketing & Marketing Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider group.
Qualifications
- Highly Organised: Juggle tasks for two different companies, prioritise effectively, and prevent oversights.
- Computer Literate: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to pick up new software quickly.
- Good Communicator: Strong written English skills (spelling and grammar) for handling public-facing content.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is imperative in the legal and enforcement sectors.
- Proactive: Take initiative, clear inboxes and address tasks without waiting for instructions.
Experience in an administrative role is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic graduates or those looking for a career change with the right organisational skills.
