Job Description: Learning and Development Co-ordinator
We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join our award-winning, rapidly expanding organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. In return, you will receive a competitive salary between £30,000 per annum. There is also a benefits package in addition to your salary.
DCB Legal Ltd is a specialist in the provision of legal services relating to Civil and Commercial litigation, debt recovery, property, and High Court Enforcement disputes. We are not a full legal service provider; instead, we focus on providing a contemporary no fuss, bespoke legal service in our specialist field of debt recovery and litigation.
Our client retention rate, coupled with recommendations and referrals, provides a solid foundation for organic growth. Working alongside our sister company DCBL, we have created an end-to-end possession, debt recovery and litigation service, which is second to none.
About The Role
As a Learning and Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating, updating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our new and existing employees. You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our organisation. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Training Lead to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our debt recovery and litigation teams.
- Creating engaging training materials, including e-learning modules and presentations.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain an accurate training log and skills matrix with a full audit trail.
- Working collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to identify skill gaps and provide guidance on improvement opportunities and training needs.
- Conducting horizon scanning, documenting all industry and regulatory changes that impact the organisation and its training materials.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to identify departmental training needs.
- Develop new and existing employee training materials to incorporate regulatory and industry changes and ensure compliance with requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training and development (desirable)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
