We have a new opportunity available for a Data and Insight Analyst to join our award-winning, rapidly expanding organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience. There is also a benefits package in addition to your salary.

Key Responsibilities as a Data and Insight Analyst:
- Processing and checking bulk data received into the business
- Validating bulk letter and trace processing
- Ensuring data received is processed correctly through to letter issue
- Performing basic data retrieval tasks (training provided)
- Processing data at various points in the collection process including letter send, dialler activity and litigation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Any other reasonable task or duty as requested by the Company, including providing support and guidance
- Providing insight and analysis on data volume trends to support process changes and business improvements
The successful Data and Insight Analyst will have:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- An understanding of SQL and Power BI would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to be a Team-player
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to progress their career in the company
- The ability to produce insight for the Data team lead to show trends and identify areas for improvement
- An understanding of how Power BI would be an advantage
