Due to our continued rapid expansion, we are now seeking Certificated Enforcement Agents .
As an Enforcement Agent , you will:
- Execute High Court writs, including recovering outstanding debts, enforcing property possession, and Taking Control of goods where necessary.
- Build strong, professional relationships with individuals and businesses, balancing firmness with fairness.
- Work independently and manage your own caseload, supported by our dedicated office team.
- Navigate a variety of environments, sometimes facing challenging situations, with resilience and tact

About You
We’re looking for High Court Enforcement Agents who are:

- Certificated: You must hold an Enforcement Agent Certificate
- Self-Motivated: You’re driven to achieve results while upholding the company’s values.
- Flexible: Willing to travel and work irregular hours when required
Requirements
- Full UK driving license (essential).
- Clean criminal record.
- Hold a level 2 – Taking control of goods & Bailiff certificate.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
