DCB Legal Ltd is seeking a dynamic leader to manage two Relationship teams in our South Africa Contact Centre, based at our Runcorn office. You will drive performance, coach teams and oversee UK Admin while ensuring compliance and data security standards.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, you will lead performance reviews, handle invoicing for SA, collaborate with QA, and may travel to support the SA operation as required.
