We have an exciting new opportunity for Inbound Collections Agents to join an award winning, rapidly expanding organisation at a time of transformation!

DCB Legal Ltd, an SRA Regulated Law Firm, is a specialist in the provision of legal services relating to Civil and Commercial litigation, debt recovery, property, and High Court Enforcement disputes.

We are not a full legal service provider, instead, we focus on providing a contemporary low touch, bespoke legal service in our specialist field of debt recovery and litigation.

Due to our rapid growth, we have several exciting telephone based, Inbound collection Agent positions available.

Your new role

As an Inbound Collections Agentyour role is to be the maximise case resolution through the taking of payments, setting up payment arrangements and answering customer telephone queries.

Expected start date September 2026.

  • Working hours – rota between the hours of 0800hrs and 1800hrs Monday to Friday
