Through DCBL and DCB Legal, we deliver a fully integrated service — from pre-legal collections through to litigation and enforcement. Our reputation is built on results, compliance, and professionalism, and we work with businesses across the UK to recover outstanding debt efficiently and commercially.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across both brands.

The Role

This is a target-driven, revenue-focused role where you will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities across both brands for both pre-court debt recovery, litigation and enforcement services. You will engage with businesses experiencing cash flow challenges, offering tailored solutions that improve recovery rates and reduce internal burden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for DCBL and DCB Legal Ltd
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities, driving consistent client acquisition across all sectors.
  • Engage directly with key decision-makers including Finance Directors, Credit Controllers, and Business Owners.
  • Convert leads into signed clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage relationships.
  • Deliver against monthly revenue, lead generation, and conversion targets.
  • Work closely with internal operations to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Accurately manage pipeline and performance through CRM systems.

  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C business development/sales.
  • Strong experience in generating and converting leads.
  • Commercially focused with a clear understanding of revenue and ROI.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

Desirable Experience

  • Background in debt recovery, legal services, or financial services.
  • Experience working in a performance-based/commission-driven role.
  • Understanding of litigation or enforcement processes.
