Role Overview
The Group Head of Finance will lead the finance function across both Direct Collection Bailiffs Limited (DCBL) and DCB Legal (and any new ventures), ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial support to the Board. The role will involve day to day transactional work.
Role and Tasks
- Lead, develop and mentor the Finance function ensuring strong financial governance and regulatory compliance.
- Create a multiskilled finance function with full cross training for business continuity.
- Ensuring the month end timetable is adhered to by being hands on where required.
- Ensure client accounts remain compliant, taking corrective action as needed.
- Assist production and review of monthly management accounts for both companies.
- Ensure accuracy of P&L.
