Group Accounts Assistant
Location: Runcorn, Cheshire – 5 days per week.

Reports to: Accounts Team Leader
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent. 36.5hrs (Mon-Thur 9am-5pm; Fri 9am-4pm) – 30 mins lunch break.
Salary: £28,500 per annum + £6,000 per annum Bonus
Role Overview
This is a new role to help support the Finance Department with the growth of the business, and is a broad role that will assist in a group level across both companies with the accurate and timely processing day‑to‑day financial administration. The role ensures, financial records are well maintained, and the organization complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Role and Tasks
- A broad role, which will look to gain exposure across all of the team to assist with annual leave and sickness cover for business continuity.
- Assisting with Abort fee ownership in finance, ensuring correct end to end flows and reconciliation
- Assisting with Client payback preparation and loading payments into the bank
- Credit card reconciliations and invoice processing
- Ownership of the creditors and chasing copy invoices.
- Unremitted Review and chasing clients for bank details to clear payments
- Assisting Bank Reconciliations and EPDQ Processing
- Covering holidays across the group.
