About The Role:

As a Fee earner / Paralegal, you will manage civil litigation cases on behalf of our clients and progress a caseload of claims through the Court Process in line with business and client parameters. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload within an established team of dedicated legal professionals. This position is based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire, and is a full-time, permanent role.

Work Location: In person, Runcorn Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound correspondence on legal cases to ensure each one progresses
  • Review and collate client and Court documentation
  • Drafting and bundling witness statements
  • Review the prospects for each case and reach a conclusion in the best interest of our clients
  • Risk assess cases to identify potential issues, highlight to the relevant stakeholder
  • Liaise with clients and Court for updates in relation to claim progression
  • Identify relevant enforcement on Post Judgment cases
  • Ability to always adhere to strict client confidentiality

The successful Fee earner / Paralegal will have:
