Are you a Paralegal, experienced Legal Administrator or Case Manager looking for a fresh and challenging role with a rapidly expanding law firm? We have new and exciting opportunities available for Fee earner / Paralegal to join our award-winning law firm, due to our phenomenal growth. This is a full‑time, permanent position based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. In return, you will receive a salary of £26,000 per annum with an OTE of £32,000. There is also a benefits package in addition to your salary.
DCB Legal Ltd is a specialist in the provision of legal services relating to Civil and Commercial litigation, debt recovery, property, and High Court Enforcement disputes. We focus on providing a contemporary low touch, bespoke legal service in our specialist field of debt recovery and litigation.

About The Role:
As a Fee earner / Paralegal, you will manage civil litigation cases on behalf of our clients and progress a caseload of claims through the Court Process in line with business and client parameters. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload within an established team of dedicated legal professionals.
Work Location: In person, Runcorn Head Office
Key Responsibilities of the Fee earner / Paralegal:
- Handle inbound correspondence on legal cases to ensure each one progresses
- Review and collate client and Court documentation
- Drafting and bundling witness statements
- Review the prospects for each case and reach a conclusion in the best interest of our clients
- Risk assess cases to identify potential issues, highlight to the relevant stakeholder
- Liaise with clients and Court for updates in relation to claim progression
- Identify relevant enforcement on Post Judgment cases
- Ability to always adhere to strict client confidentiality
The successful Fee earner / Paralegal will have:
- Experience in legal case management

- The ability to work in a methodical and organised manner
