Salary: OTE £34,000 per annum + £6,000 per annum Bonus (payable monthly)
Role Overview
This role will help support the Finance Department, and is a broad role that will mainly focus on the Legal company but will also gain exposure to the other company in the group. The main remit is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of day-to-day financial administration. The role ensures financial records are well maintained, and the organization complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Role and Tasks
- Management of the Legal finance team, ensuring all day-to-day, end-to-end processing is completed.
- Ensuring compliance with Legal SRA accounting rules.
- Completion of revenue forecasting for the business along with client reporting.
- Working closely with the client team, being a true business partner to provide additional financial insight and analysis.
- Assistance with financial KPI’s.
- Assisting with Client payback preparation and loading payments into the bank.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations when required.
- Credit card reconciliations and invoice processing.
- Ownership of the creditors and debtors ledgers, including chasing invoices and payments where required.
- Unremitted Review and ensuring we are paying clients in a timely manner.
- Covering holidays across the group.
