If you do, we may have a role for you. We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support our people team.

As an HR Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day HR administration and helping ensure a positive employee experience across the business. Working closely with the HR team, you’ll help maintain efficient people processes and support onboarding, employee records, and wider HR initiatives.

What we expect:

  • You will assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
  • Assist with training coordination and employee development activities.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide general HR administrative support.
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date.
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting, HR systems updates, and compliance-related administration.

What you need:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
