We currently have a vacancy for a Property Consultant (Sales & Lettings) in our Manchester city centre office. Henry Wiltshire is an Award Winning estate & letting agency with offices across London, Manchester & Leeds. We are always looking for talented industry professionals to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and by email
- Conducting viewings for sales and lettings
- Register clients’ details on our CRM system
- Assessing clients’ specific needs by being an excellent listener
- Looking after a manageable portfolio of clients and matching with suitable properties
- Arranging viewings with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants while managing the office diary
- Obtaining viewing feedback and sharing with relevant parties
- Assisting Property Management Team with inspections, checks and maintenance
- Up selling additional services such as mortgages and insurances
- Administrative duties such as anti-money laundering checks
- Social media posting
