POLARIS is looking for an SEO Executive to support the delivery of SEO across its client portfolio. This hybrid role is suited to someone with a solid foundation in SEO who is looking to further develop their technical, on-page and content skills within a specialist organic search consultancy. You will work closely with SEO managers, content teams and developers to implement SEO strategies, monitor performance, and support ongoing optimisation across B2B and eCommerce clients, including exposure to how AI tools and platforms are shaping modern organic search.
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 DOE | Hybrid | Full-time

Responsibilities
- SEO Delivery
- Supporting on-page, technical and content SEO activity across multiple client accounts
- Conducting keyword research and mapping to support content and optimisation work
- Implementing on-page SEO improvements, including meta data, headings and internal linking
- Assisting with technical audits and supporting implementation of recommendations
- Monitoring site health, indexation and organic performance
- Analysis & Reporting
- Tracking keyword rankings, traffic and performance trends
- Using tools including Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Supporting monthly reporting and client updates
- Conducting competitor and SERP analysis, including emerging AI-driven SERP features
- Content & Optimisation
- Supporting SEO-led content briefs and optimisation recommendations
- Working with content teams to ensure SEO best practice is applied
- Supporting content optimisation for traditional search and AI-influenced discovery surfaces
- Updating and optimising existing content to improve organic performance
- Learning & Development
- Keeping up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm changes and AI-related search developments
- Using AI tools to support research, analysis and content workflows under senior guidance
- Developing technical and analytical skills through hands-on delivery
- Progressively taking ownership of tasks and workstreams
What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years agency experience in an SEO role
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
- Desirable (but not essential):
- Exposure to technical SEO concepts including crawlability and indexation
- Experience supporting SEO content strategies
- Familiarity with AI tools used within SEO and content workflows
