As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, you will handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position focuses on used car sales, working with a hand-picked range of quality vehicles.

Key responsibilities of the Car Sales Executive:

  • Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
  • Organising and supervising test drives
  • Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system
  • Following up on leads to build lasting relationships

Requirements for the Car Sales Executive role:

  • Strong people skills and a professional approach
  • Confident communicating both in person and over the phone
  • Works well independently and as part of a close team
  • IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
