Sussex Campervans is a premium campervan manufacturer based near Horsham, West Sussex. We design and build high-quality compact campervans for customers who want something better thought-out, better built, and better supported. We are in an enviable position in the market, with a strong order book, hundreds of Sussex Campervans already on the road, and an exciting year ahead including the launch of new products at the forefront of the EV campervan space, alongside our established petrol and diesel range.
We are now looking for a Sales Consultant with a strong administrative side to help present, sell and support our growing range.
Sales Consultant – Your role will include:- Presenting campervans to prospective customers, in person and remotely
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right specification
- Managing enquiries, appointments and follow-ups
- Preparing quotes, orders and sales paperwork
- Liaising with production and aftercare teams
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Supporting handover scheduling and customer communication
- Enjoys meeting and talking with customers
- Is confident presenting a premium product
- Has sales experience (automotive, leisure, property, or similar is ideal)
- Is organised and comfortable with admin and systems
- Can manage their own pipeline and follow-ups
- Has a professional, friendly and trustworthy manner
An interest in campervans, travel, EVs or automotive products is important; you don't need to be a technical expert, but you do need genuine enthusiasm.
