The Role
- As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, you’ll handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
- Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
- Organising and supervising test drives
- Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly
- Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system
- Following up on leads to build lasting relationships
About You
- Has strong people skills and a professional approach
- Is confident communicating both in person and over the phone
- Can work well independently and as part of a close team
- Is IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
