If you do, we may have a role for you. We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support our people team. As an HR Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting day‑to‑day HR administration and helping ensure a positive employee experience across the business.
Working closely with the HR team, you’ll help maintain efficient people processes and support:
- Onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Payroll and benefits administration processes.
- Training coordination and employee development activities.
- Responding to employee queries and providing general HR administrative support.
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date.
- Employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Reporting, HR systems updates, and compliance‑related administration.
What you need:
- Previous experience in an HR administration or assistant role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- To lead by example in setting standards with a “can do” attitude that inspires colleagues and clients.
