DC Thomson is seeking a Talent Partner to join our People team and lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, from briefing to offer. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate experiences and shape future talent pipelines, including GAIC programmes and internal mobility initiatives.

You’ll use a data-driven approach to improve hiring processes, advise on sourcing and selection, and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes while maintaining governance.
