We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Revenue Operations Executive to support the smooth running of our commercial operations across the full order-to-cash lifecycle. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure commercial activity is accurately recorded, billed and reported. You’ll help maintain robust controls, improve data quality and support consistent processes that reduce revenue leakage and enable better decision-making.
Day to day, you’ll support order management, billing, reconciliation and reporting activities, while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. You’ll play a key role in strengthening how we manage commercial data and helping the business scale through better systems, processes and ways of working. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and improving processes in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and completeness before processing
- Supporting billing processes to ensure revenue is invoiced correctly
- Identifying and resolving issues that could lead to revenue leakage
- Supporting pipeline and forecast data validation
- Assisting with monthly reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Maintaining high-quality, accurate data in CRM and finance systems
- Working with Sales and Finance to improve data quality and process adherence
- Contributing ideas and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Requirements:
- Experience supporting order-to-cash, billing, revenue or commercial operations processes
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and control
- Confidence working with data and identifying inconsistencies or issues
- Practical problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience using CRM and/or finance systems as core tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, Delivery)
