What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a high-value sales pipeline—from prospecting to closing, and beyond.
  • Drive new business by targeting C-suite executives across the energy sector.
  • Expand existing accounts, deploying the full suite of E-FWD and Energy Voice products to maximise engagement and revenue generation from each client.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, community and online trading teams to refine our offering and deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Represent E-FWD at high-profile events, building relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a connector.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in subscriptions, memberships, or professional services.
  • Mastery of the sales cycle, from cold outreach to consultative selling and closing.
  • Energy and resilience, to own your success and growth in the role.
  • CRM fluency and a data-driven mindset to manage and optimize your pipeline (we use HubSpot).
  • Account management skills, with a focus on renewals, upselling, and long-term value.
  • Confidence and charisma—you’re comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and tailoring your pitch to their needs.
  • A passion for energy, innovation, and transformation—and a desire to be part of something evolving.
