The key appointment of a new Finance Business Partner is a decision-enabling commercial finance partner that structures, tests, and frames revenue and pricing decisions, while building toward full commercial ownership capability. The role will work closely with the business on performance and planning, highlighting and escalating where revenue or yield deviates from expectation, campaign or client economics deteriorate and forecast assumptions are no longer valid.
The right candidate will progressively demonstrate independent commercial judgement, ability to frame decisions without reliance, confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA)
- Strong analytical, leadership skills with a right first-time approach
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
