  • Maintain help documentation and support knowledge bases for both internal and public-facing use

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, organised, and technically curious. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and thinking logically through workflows.

Essential:

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple digital tools
  • Excellent organisational and troubleshooting skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and actively pushes for improved standards and quality
  • Effective communication across teams, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to ask questions and learn
  • Comfortable working independently, especially in remote or hybrid environments

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with structured data (e.g. SQL or similar tools)
  • Experience in a digital content, publishing, or data operations environment
  • Interest in historical content, digitisation, or archival workflows
  • Confidence navigating multiple internal systems and documentation

Why join our team?

  • Be part of an enthusiastic, mission-driven team
  • Work with systems that manage historical content at scale
  • Collaborate with friendly, cross-functional colleagues
  • Help preserve and publish stories from the past for future generations
  • We promote flexible working, including working from home, and we support each individual’s personal wellbeing

You’ll also have the opportunity to grow, with learning time set aside each week and a team that supports both professional development and continuous improvement.
