The Commercial Directoris responsible fordriving advertising and partnership revenue across the Stylist portfolio, leading the commercial function to achieve ambitious revenue targets while protecting and enhancing the strength of the brand.

This role oversees sales performance, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial opportunity development while building senior agency and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of advertising and partnership revenue targets across the Stylist portfolio.
  • Lead commercial forecasting, revenueplanningand pipeline management.
  • Take responsibility for pipeline hygiene and run weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Director and Head of Studios tomaximisecommercial opportunities.
  • Build andmaintainsenior relationships with agencies, clientsand strategic partners.
  • Represent Stylist in the market and unlock new commercial opportunities.
  • Champion digital, social and content-led advertising growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all advertising and partnershipactivity alignswith andstrengthensthe Stylist brand.
  • Partner with Finance to understand revenue, contributionand profitability performance.
  • Work with the Head of Studios to manage margins and commercial effectiveness.
  • Partner with Operations and Commercial Content teams to understand capacity and delivery risks.
  • Integrate Think Stylist into the commercial business asa key driverand support B2B revenue growth
