Job Summary: We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Fitters to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for the installation of high-end aluminium glazing systems, including windows, doors, and bespoke architectural features. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and working on prestigious residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install premium aluminium doors, windows, and glazing systems on-site
  • Accurately read and follow technical drawings and plans
  • Ensure all installations meet safety, design, and quality standards
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Conduct quality checks and finishings to a professional standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a fitter in the glazing, aluminium, or facade industry
  • Ability to read and understand technical installation drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Full UK driving licence and own tools (preferred)
