The Role
This is a senior, handsāon Business Development role with genuine influence on company growth. Based fullātime from the Paddington office, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the bid writing and estimating process, while overseeing a small commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within Passive Fire Protection
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, and consultants
- Lead the full bid and tender process, including estimating and commercial input
- Manage and support a small commercial team
- Attend client meetings and site visits (travel fully expensed)
