We’re a growing construction recruitment agency with 10+ live roles at any given time, spanning white- and blue-collar permanent positions — from engineers to estimators, architects to trades.
This is a commission-only role, offering a structured commission scheme from 25% to 40% of your billings. With the average permanent deal value at £5,000, your earning potential is significant — and uncapped.
The Opportunity
- Work with a steady pipeline of active perm roles:
- Maintenance/Installation Engineers
- Workshop/Factory roles
- Designers & Architects
- Glazing & Cladding Specialists
- Estimators, Site Managers, and more
What You Get
- Commission-only: 25%–40% of your billings

We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in construction recruitment (perm roles essential)
- Skilled in Boolean searches, CV sourcing, and headhunting
- Strong knowledge of construction job boards (Indeed, CV Library, TotalJobs, etc.)
- Confident managing both candidate pipelines and client relationships
- Fluent in construction market terminology and hiring trends
