An established and growing joinery business is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, with occasional client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates based on architectural drawings and specifications
  • Interpret and analyze plans, elevations, and technical drawings
  • Complete detailed material take-offs
  • Liaise with internal teams and occasionally attend client meetings (including travel to London when required)
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation using standard office software

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a joinery estimator
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Confident working independently and within a team
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Comfortable in client-facing situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to location)
