Location: Rugby
Contract: Full-time Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 per annum (£14.42 per hour)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (moving to 10:00am – 6:00pm after training)
About the Role
DC Personnel are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced operations team in Rugby. You will play a key role in supporting supply chain and administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and IT skills looking to develop within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Key Duties
- Raising purchase orders, requisitions, and stock orders
- Monitoring and updating stock levels on internal systems
- Carrying out stock counts and ensuring system accuracy
- Resolving transaction errors within the system
- Coordinating inbound deliveries and booking time slots
- Liaising with operations, logistics, and internal teams
- Supporting customer orders and deliveries
- General administrative duties to support daily operations
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and systems. They are a team player who communicates well, can prioritise tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or administrative support is advantageous, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
