DC Personnel are recruiting a Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy operations team in Rugby. You will support both supply chain administration and production planning activities, ensuring stock accuracy, smooth workflows, and efficient production scheduling.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and looking to develop their career in manufacturing, production, or supply chain operations.
Key Duties- Raise purchase orders, requisitions, and stock orders
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels
- Carry out stock counts and update systems accordingly
- Plan production schedules and support operational workflows
- Resolve system transaction errors
- Coordinate inbound deliveries and manage booking slots
- Support customer orders, including special delivery requests
- Liaise with production, operations, logistics, and internal teams
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
The ideal candidate is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with systems and data. They are a proactive team player who communicates clearly, can prioritise tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Requirements- Essential:
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Experience using IT systems and Microsoft Office
