DC Personnel is a people-focused recruitment business based in Leicester. We specialise in Industrial, Engineering, and Commercial recruitment, partnering with businesses to deliver long-term hiring solutions.

This is a trainee, sales-led position designed to develop you into a successful Business Development Consultant. You'll be trained to introduce DC Personnel to new businesses, build relationships with clients, and support commercial conversations with decision-makers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Learning how to generate new business through outbound B2B sales
  • Speaking with potential clients and introducing DC Personnel's services
  • Supporting and attending client meetings with experienced consultants
  • Building confidence in sales conversations and negotiations
  • Developing long-term client relationships and repeat business
  • Managing and updating CRM records
  • Growing your sales pipeline with ongoing support and coaching
