We’re now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new and existing clients through proactive sales and communication
- Leading sales negotiations from start to finish
- Meeting clients to understand their hiring needs and building long-term partnerships
- Managing offers to ensure a win-win outcome for both clients and candidates
