Stores Person

DC Personnel are recruiting for a Stores person for a specialist supplier and online retailer located in Leicestershire. Full time permanent role Salary £28k – £30k per annum depending on experience, to achieve the higher rate Hours 7:30 – 4:30 Monday – Thursday & 7:30 – 12:30 Friday. 39 hours per week Own transport is preferred or able to commute You will be required to: • Operate and run the stores department • Check arrival dates, check items for damages and quantities • Quality inspection of goods • Maintain safe working practices in the stores and with a clean and tidy environment • Report any discrepancies to the shop floor manager Ideal candidate will have : • Good communication skills • An eye for detail and numerical skills • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Windows systems • Well organised and have a structured approach • Able to work under pressure to deliver against deadlines Ideally you will come from a stores background and have experience in stores or stores administration To apply for this role you can either click apply now, call the office on (phone number removed) or text \’stores\’ to (phone number removed) and we will get back in touch with you.
