DC Personnel are recruiting for a Stores person for a specialist supplier and online retailer located in Leicestershire.
Full time permanent role. Salary £28k - £30k per annum depending on experience.
Hours: 7:30 - 4:30 Monday - Thursday & 7:30 - 12:30 Friday. 39 hours per week.
Own transport is preferred or able to commute.
You will be required to:
- Operate and run the stores department
- Check arrival dates, check items for damages and quantities
- Quality inspection of goods
- Maintain safe working practices in the stores and with a clean and tidy environment
- Report any discrepancies to the shop floor manager
Ideal candidate will have:
- Good communication skills
- An eye for detail and numerical skills
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Windows systems
- Well organised and have a structured approach
- Able to work under pressure to deliver against deadlines
Ideally you will come from a stores background and have experience in stores or stores administration.
